Service Overview
The p3 Dynamic Leaders program has been developed leveraging tools and techniques that have proven success over many decades. LSI and GSI (Human Synergistics), provide a way to see, measure and develop the thinking and behavioural styles that empower your senior leaders to strive for self-actualisation and personal excellence.
LSI is comprised of two distinct profiling tools:
LSI 1 is a self-description inventory which measures the thoughts and attitudes that motivate behaviour.
LSI 2 provides feedback on how your behaviour patterns are experienced by others, how you relate to others, how you solve problems and make decisions.
The generated profiles are the focal point of successive coaching sessions to explore, raise awareness, and motivate positive action around the key behavioural changes that drive enhanced effectiveness.
GSI measures the constructive and defensive elements of group interactions:
How effectively your team collaborate as a group, to approach tasks and problems, and make optimal decisions.
How each individual team member perceives the effectiveness of the group’s interaction on a task or problem-solving situation.
The combined responses of the group form the group’s needs assessment, identifying behaviours for the group to change, build or strengthen to better achieve synergy.
LSI and GSI combined establish a link between individual, group and organisational development efforts.
The Dynamic Leaders program is modular. By that we mean that you can select to focus on:

A single individual.
You can of course combine 1 and 2 to realise the most significant shifts needed within your leadership team to align to your strategic objectives.
As we kick-off the program, we collaborate with you to understand your strategic objectives, and the specific challenges and opportunities within your area. This crucial step allows us to define the program objectives and success criteria.
We then baseline each program participant using the LSI Leadership Profile tools, and work with them to explore the results, generate insights and create their individual growth plans.
Through a full-day workshop, which includes a simulated team activity, we assess and define the team-level growth plans.
With monthly 1:1 coaching sessions, we integrate the program-level strategic objectives with both individual and team-level development needs.
Finally, we re-assess each participant, and the group as a whole, and work with them to create their ongoing growth plans to further enhance the effectiveness of your leadership team, ultimately helping you to deliver a winning strategy.

The Commitment
A typical program will span 4-6 months, allowing adequate time to realise constructive behavioural shifts (4 months for LSI, 6 months inclusive of GSI).
This will require a time investment from each participant of 1.5 – 3 days (3 days inclusive of GSI), plus time to work through practical commitments within their role.
