The Commitment
In our coaching engagements, there is no fixed end date. The coaching relationship continues until you feel you have gained the desired value and progress.
It's a simple and flexible approach.
However, we do request a minimum commitment of 3 months before making a decision about the continuation of the coaching journey.
Our coaching sessions are scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes and initially, we recommend two sessions per month to kickstart the process. This allows for ample time to delve into meaningful discussions and work towards your goals.
