Leigh Jenkinson

Leigh is a highly seasoned Coach and Business Agility Transformation specialist who is passionate about guiding organisations towards value-driven change within complex environments.

In 2000 Leigh changed career direction and decided to follow his true passions in business delivery, leadership and coaching, enabling him to leverage his skills and values in problem-solving and developing others to achieve their goals.

Throughout this journey of over 20 years, Leigh has collaborated closely with diverse teams including digital, technology, customer experience, product, sales, marketing and operations across a broad range of industries.

With a deep understanding of corporate dynamics, extensive experience in executive, leadership and team coaching coupled with a background in hands-on delivery, Leigh offers a unique and practical perspective that is invaluable in helping clients achieve exceptional success.

In 2020, Leigh launched The Coaching Tree, which has been a huge individual success and led him to join forces with his close friend, Andrew Antoniou. With their joint experience and shared passion for helping others to thrive, they founded p3 Coaching & Consulting.

Authentic, natural, positive and professional are just a few words clients have used to describe Leigh’s coaching, consulting and training style. Leigh is an ICF Certified Coach and an LSI/GSI Accredited Practioner.

Andrew Antoniou

Andrew has had an impressive journey in the world of marketing and digital media. He began with a Degree in Marketing and went on to complete his Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. His thirst for knowledge led him to obtain a Masters in Strategic Marketing from De Montfort University.

Starting his career as a Planner at WWAV Rapp Collins in London, Andrew later travelled across Asia before eventually settling in Sydney in 2000. Embracing the digital revolution, he ventured into start-ups like Brand Dialogue, Spike, WSA, and Emitch before finding his place at Grey.

Along with 3 close friends, Andrew established Orchard in 2006. With a dedicated team of 150 professionals spanning New York and London, Orchard experienced remarkable growth and was later acquired by ASX-listed Enero in 2018.

In 2021, Andrew decided to embark on a new chapter in his life, returning to Europe before eventually finding his way back to Australia. Together with his long-time friend and former colleague, Leigh Jenkinson, he founded p3 Coaching & Consulting. Andrew's experience as a seasoned leader of teams extends beyond business, as he also dedicates his time to teaching at the local school, coaching the local football team, and actively participating on several boards.

Passionate about mentoring and coaching, Andrew focuses on leading with empathy and courage. with a strong focus in the Marketing, Media, Communication, and Health & Wellbeing sectors.
