The p3 Developing Leaders program is built upon our renowned STAIRway development framework. It incorporates a combination of highly interactive learn, contextualise, and apply interventions.
It seamlessly integrates a series of dynamic interventions that foster interactive learning, contextualisation within your specific environment and practical application. Our primary objective is to elevate the essential leadership competencies, optimising your investment by unleashing the untapped potential of your leaders and igniting extraordinary business performance.
As we embark on the learning pathway, we collaborate with you to define the program objectives and success criteria. This crucial step allows us to customise the program, ensuring it’s tailored precisely to meet your strategic outcomes.
We then baseline each program participant using the Leadership Profile tool and work with them to create their individual growth plans.
There is the opportunity for a 3-way alignment between the participant, their manager, and the coach. This alignment aims to ensure that all parties are in agreement and prioritise the most valuable development opportunities.
Through an iterative series of formal training and workshops, smaller group cohorts, practical assignments, and 1:1 coaching sessions, we integrate the program-level strategic objectives with individual development needs.
Finally, we re-assess each participant, work with them to create their ongoing growth plans, and provide a recommendations report of further leadership enhancement opportunities, based on our findings and experience.

The Commitment
A typical program will span 4 months (inclusive of the ‘Define’ stage), depending on the desired objectives and number of participants.
This will require an approximate time investment from each participant of 5 days, plus time to work through practical commitments within their role.
